LUKE SKYWALKER's original LIGHTSABER from A NEW HOPE is going into space! That's right, the original prop will be taken aboard the space shuttle DISCOVERY come this october! Better yet, CHEWBACCA himself will hand deliver the saber to NASA officials. And [sigh] JANGO FETT and [sigh-sigh] son BOBA FETT will help push the the back of the plane onto the tarmac. The flight will also be greeted by a platoon of STORMTROOPERS and R2-D2. It'd be sweet if the astronaunts had to fight their way to the shuttle.
