In March 1988, DESTRO made his Gold-Head debut in Marvel's G.I.Joe #69. It was also where he emerged as the leader of his own organization - the IRON GRENADIERS.His action figure debut was a deluxe one in which he came with a hover sled.... um, called the "Despoiler". I was going to buy it at the time, but then realized I was in Junior High so I didn't. And yes, I've regretted it ever since.
