MORE GLEASON AQUAMAN COMING

Sweet!!! Patrick Gleason will be drawing AQAUMAN again, this time in the pages of 'BATMAN AND AQUAMAN' (the current series is now a team-up book, "Batman and ____"). I've been a huge fan of Gleason's work since his stellar run on Aquaman from back in 2004, and his rendition of Aquaman made me a fan of the character. Look for the first issue with Aquaman in March's 'BATMAN AND AQUAMAN #29"

And if you're interested in that previous Gleason Aquaman run, check out Aquaman (v6) #15-22, 25-30, 32.

Cool! So what's this current series that is now a team-up book, "Batman and ____"??? (I'm a bit out of the DC loop right now, but am looking for a good batman title, and I love team-up series.

I thought we called that "The Brave and the Bold?"

It was "Batman and Robin", but due to circumstances within the story (not spoiling it here), the title no longer has Robin. So its been renamed "Batman and _____". At first, each post-Robin issue was a different character (Nightwing, Red hood, Catwoman, etc). Its been "Batman and TWo-Face" for 5(?) issues now and they're wrapping that story up, which will then be called "Batman and Aquaman". The numbering continues on, as does the overall story Tomasi and Gleason are mapping out. Its organic. Definitly check out "Batman and Robin" #1-18 if you can. Great stuff.
